Richard Parks to leave for epic challenge from Cardiff Bay

This Sunday Richard Parks will leave Wales from the historic Pierhead building in Cardiff Bay to set off on his epic world first challenge, one hundred years after the British Antarctic Expedition, led by Captain Robert Falcon Scott, departed from Cardiff Bay in the vessel SS Terra Nova.
